Metal Fabrication

Core Steel operates two fabrication facilities across Europe, utilizing the latest high-tech machinery and cutting edge computer-driven processes to bring the pieces you need to life with the precision you rely on. By this way we don’t only work with Steel but the other type of metals such as Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Copper and even with glass.

Engineering & Detailing

We provide our state of art Engineering service to each one of our clients and help them achieve their goals beyond-on time and under-budget with the quality that they won’t find anywhere else. Our engineering group can produce shop drawings quickly and accurately whether your job is 1 ton or 10,000 tons by bringing together the best people, processes and technology to cycle through drawing approvals and respond to field conditions faster with carefully crafted solutions.

Pre-Construction & Project Management

Our team provides pre-construction services designed to enhance every stage of our clients’ project, starting from the beginning of the design development stage. Our goal is always to add as much value as possible while remaining conscious of our clients’ timeline and budget. We have our own office in Delaware and our warehouse located in California as well as our factory in Europe, Balkans and our regional Office in Istanbul, Turkey and broad network to supply or fabricate various types of products in all around the world where international trade activities allows us.

Sourcing & Procurement

Core Steel maintains a broad network of suppliers and vendors located throughout the world that enables us to purchase material and equipment for our customers on a timely and cost-effective basis. On specific projects, our Materials Management Department uses a proprietary bar-coding system to track every step of the fabrication process, from mill order through jobsite delivery.
